Reservation or participation in any services offered by Real Escape Tours (hereinafter “The Company”, “us”) is a contractual agreement between the participant (“you”) and the Company and is a acknowledgment that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) that include Health and Safety and any other applicable waivers for your tours. Where you have booked a package we will be the organizer of the package, unless otherwise requested. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. In any case, the person making the reservation declares and guarantees that all participants have agreed, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time prior to booking. They have also become aware, on behalf of all those included in their detention, of the dangers of adventure activities. Any payment made to the Company will be deemed to constitute full acceptance of these Terms, including the Health and Safety Exemption.

The person who signs or is deemed to sign the attached booking form (which incorporates these terms) guarantees that he or she has full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose names appear on it and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and accept these terms. A reservation is accepted and becomes final only from the date the Company sends a confirmation email. It also states whether he or anyone else in his detention suffers (or has ever suffered) from any pre-existing medical condition that may prevent him from actively participating in the tour.
Prices for our services are subject to change at any time before receiving the full deposit. Once the Company has processed payment for the full balance services, the price is guaranteed not to increase unless you modify your booking and there are changes in shipping costs, including fuel costs, fees, taxes or charges charged. for services and exchange rates which means that the price of your tours and services may change after booking.
However, there will be no change after full payment of the rest of the tours and services or within 20 days of departure. We will absorb and you will not be charged for any increase corresponding to 2% of the price of tours and your services, which excludes premiums and any modification charges. You will be charged the amount beyond that, plus a management fee of € 1 per person along with an amount to cover the agents commission (if any).
If the price decreases, any difference in price will be refunded to you.
2.Full payment
Full payment is required including any increases up to the final payment date where it is no later than one day before departure.
If you do not pay the full invoice by the final payment date, your booking and all booking services will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited by Real Escape Tours as your booking has been canceled. Money paid on Real Escape Tours for tours is reserved for the customer until the customer receives written confirmation of acceptance of a reservation. This and any other money is then held by Real Escape Tours.
3. Deposit
Non-refundable, non-transferable, per person, per deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount of the deposit depends on the tour and the services you have booked.
4. Payment methods
The Company accepts payments by credit and debit card or by bank transfer after communication via e-mail.
5. Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed when the initial deposit payment is processed. Your invoice, when documented as a payment received, is a confirmation of the booking services.
6.Accuracy of Invoice Details
You are responsible for providing and verifying complete and accurate information about all participants and services at the time of booking. In no case is the Company responsible for any errors or omissions in the information you provided for the completion of the reservation. If you do not notify the Company of any error within 5 days of booking, you are solely responsible for all charges calculated due to incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information.
7. Errors & Omissions
In case the quoted price is confirmed to be incorrect due to a system error, human error or other error, the Company reserves the right to correct the price and re-invoice you at the correct price.
8. Cancellation of a reservation by the customer
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Calculating from the day you received your written notice from Real Escape Tours or your agent as a percentage of the total tour price, as shown plus any additional charges or non-refundable deposit, whichever is greater:

19-5 days before departure – 50%
Less than 4 days before departure – 100%
9. Liability insurance
Customer acknowledges that Real Escape Tours has taken reasonable steps to ensure its tour liability, this booking condition states that the customer must assume that they are not covered by the death insurance policy, including liability insurance. , injury, damage or any other loss. The customer acknowledges and accepts that there may be no policy that covers the Company’s liability to its customers for death, injury, damage or loss that occurs anywhere in the world.
The customer also explicitly acknowledges that when it comes to passenger liability insurance coverage, this coverage may be very limited or non-existent. Customers along with their personal property including luggage are at all times at their own risk. Customers who make their own settings should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses restricting protection for the type of activity included in their browsing.
10. Guided Tour and Participation in an Activity
Customers agree to accept the terms and decisions of the Company’s employees, tour guides and agents while on tour with the Company. If the above deems that a customer’s health, fitness level or behavior at any time before or after departure seems likely to jeopardize the safe, comfortable or enjoyable development of a tour the customer may be excluded from all or part of the tour without refund or compensation. In case of poor health, the Company can make such arrangements as it deems appropriate and recover their costs from the customer. If a customer commits an illegal act, the customer may be excluded from browsing and the Company will cease to be liable to him / her. If you are affected by an illness, medical or otherwise, that may affect you or affect the enjoyment or active participation of other people on the tour, you must let us know when booking. No refund will be given for services that have not been used.
11. In case of navigation change
The Company has the right to change any of the facilities, services described in its brochure and / or website before making a reservation. If a significant change is notified to us, the customer will be notified at the time of booking, otherwise Real Escape Tours will inform the customer as soon as possible if there is time before departure. The definition of a significant change will depend on the tour and the circumstances. The Company will make every effort to carry out all the tours as advertised, reasonable changes may be made to the itinerary where deemed necessary or recommended. When a significant change is made, the customer will have the option to accept the change or purchase an alternative tour or cancel their reservation and receive a full refund.
12. In case of cancellation
Real Escape Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour in any circumstances, but will not cancel a tour less than 15 days prior to departure, except in cases of force majeure, consolidation or inability of the customer to pay the final balance. If the customer fails to pay the final balance, the Company, upon cancellation, will refund all money paid.Force majeure is war, threat of war, insurgency, civil strife, industrial conflict, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems in transportation, changes due to rescheduling or airline cancellation, shoreline restrictions or other similar events beyond the Company’s control. Consolidation refers to the fact that each tour depends on a minimum number of people (4) participating. Real Escape Tours is not responsible for any penalties related to airline tickets, in case of change of time, date of departure or cancellation of the tour.
13. Our responsibility for your browsing
At each booking by customers we consider that they assess and understand the potential risks that may exist in such activities and that they undertake the tours of their own free will. Real Escape Tours and our partners work responsibly in customer safety. We consider it important for customers to understand that they are responsible for knowing about the risks that may be involved in a tour and for making their decisions accordingly. There will be no refund for any services included in the price that were not performed. The Company is not responsible for any delays, deviations or missions from any tour caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, nor for direct or indirect consequences. The Company will not be liable to reimburse customers for the relevant costs incurred as a result of their booking.
The Company operates only as a company based on activities for owners, contractors, transport providers and local providers / agents and / or other related travel services provided and assumes no responsibility or liability for additional costs in any way that arises immediately or indirectly by the actions or omissions of such independent parties, accidents, loss or damage of persons or property, delays, transfer failures, strikes, war, force majeure, acts of God, etc., over which he has no control. The Company is not responsible for any action or activity undertaken by the customer and is organized independently by the Company during the tour.
The Company bears no responsibility for any circumstance arising in accordance with the agreement consisting in the acceptance of these terms by the customer except: when such a circumstance arises directly from the Company’s failure to use due diligence in selecting the persons for whom acts as an agent or to the extent of recovery by the client under insurance coverage carried out in accordance with these terms or for negligence on the part of its employees which caused death or bodily harm.
